Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer your exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only accept returns on items that have been damaged in transit to you via freight services. We need you to send a picture of the item in its packaging and damaged and we need you to send the item back to us. We will replace these items. there are no money refunds.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. And we want to look after you... so please email us your tracking number the day you send parcel back so we can track it. Thanks so much. We will return a new item to you once we have received the old parcel.
